  • Confirm last minute key details with vendors and venues

  • Some assistance with venue and vendor selection

  • Provide preferred vendor list

  • Review of contracts, review layout, seating arrangements, rentals to ensure accuracy

  • Confirm key details with vendors and venues

• Prior planning includes:

  • Develop Wedding day schedule of events, schedule for a bridal party and vendors

  • Attend site visits to ceremony and reception venues

  • Secure Room Block's for out of town guests without hassle and fees

• Day of coordination:

  • Day of set up, style and décor

  • Overall management of the day

  • Point of contact

  • Direct vendors 

  • Distribute final payments & tips to vendors

  • Ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Provide above & beyond customer service 

  • Work closely with your wedding party and guests

  • Provide emergency kit

  • Assist Bride and Groom

  • Work both ceremony and reception

  • Ensure the day goes beyond amazing and the clients and guests are happy!
